CBH launches brand new e-banking service
With its sleek design and intuitive navigation, clients can view, filter, track and customize how they view their financial information at their convenience. Making payments, ordering and managing cards, trading online, understanding their portfolio’s performance and their spending patterns are just some of the many new functionalities available. Finally, a built-in, secure and encrypted messaging service ensures instant and direct communication between clients and their relationship managers.
“Our goal was to create a go-to digital solution that would offer our entrepreneurial clients a comprehensive yet also efficient service, integrating both basic functionality and more complex operations, while remaining very easy to navigate”, says CBH’s Head of Product & Development Antoine Zuber. “The advantage of developing our own solution is that the resulting platform is tailored to our clients’ needs. Going forward user feedback will continue to be integrated into future developments”.
The new e-banking service will initially only be available to clients booked in Switzerland, with a roll-out to all subsidiaries planned during the rest of the year.
